In a city overwhelmed with congested streets, it can be difficult to name one that stands out as the absolute nadir. But according to the Bangkok Traffic Police’s latest report on the city’s most trafficked roads, Lat Phrao Road takes the prize as the biggest nightmare for city drivers.
The report was based on the number of complaints received via 1197, the Traffic Police’s call center. Lat Phrao Road’s location on the Lat Phrao and Phaholyothin MRT stations also suggests that a skytrain or a subway might not serve as the best answer to traffic congestion. In fact most of the roads on the list are connected to the BTS or MRT at some points.

11. Ram Intra Road
The top three causes for traffic jam are accidents, road construction, double parking, MThai reports.
