Maesai “Joe” Prapasawat, famous now as the slap-happy Lambo Taxi Man, filed a police report yesterday against a web forum where someone accused him of embezzlement.
Joe, who sells car fuel conversion kits, traveled to the Computer Crime Suppression Division in Chaeng Wattana yesterday to file a defamation complaint against the Dek-D online forum for accusing him of embezzling money from Napat Yanyon, another auto company he had traded with in the past.
“I didn’t embezzle. I just did my business with a little technique. Did I conceal the costs [from my customers]? I did. But I didn’t embezzle anyone’s money,” Joe told Sanook.
Joe explained that he used to sell wholesale auto equipment to Napat Yanyon, but lied about the cost of the products until his customer found out and stopped doing businesses with him. So, technically not embezzlement.

Joe believes there is someone out there trying to discredit him, Nation TV reported.
“Of course, someone who doesn’t have my interest at heart made up a story,” he said. “It made people think I’m a bad guy.”
Joe recently became notorious for driving around in a Lamborghini painted to look like a Bangkok taxi he uses to promote a reality television series, for which he recently slapped a dude.
