Korean cowboy flick to screen at BACC this Saturday

Every two months international films will be selected by distinguished Thai directors and shown as part of “Cinema Diverse: Director’s Choice” program at Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.

Director Nonzee Nimibutr chose The Good, the Bad, and the Weird to run this Saturday  because it’s “visually stunning” and “keeps the audience on the edge.”

Inspired by Italian cowboy film The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, this Korean movie directed by Kim Jee-woon has won several awards around the world including Best Director, Best Special Effects and Best Supporting Actor.

Kim Jee-woon will be in the building and will be joined by and Nonzee for an audience Q&A after the screening.

The film starts at 7.30pm, but you should show up early to guarantee yourself a seat.

Entry is free. Thai and English translation will be provided during the screen and the talk.
