Bangkok Yai police are on the hunt for a man who yesterday robbed Kasikorn Bank Charansanitwong 11 Branch at knifepoint and made away with THB79,000.

Weeraya Wattanamitkul, a 26-year-old bank clerk, told police that the suspect wore a black cap, yellow shirt and jeans. He grabbed Weeraya by the hand before aiming a knife at her and demanding money. The robber escaped on a motorcycle parked outside the bank.
