These five young rising stars from Thailand have been chosen for Forbes’ first-ever Asia 30 under 30 list.
The list features 300 under-30 innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders across Asia in 10 categories who are “transforming business, technology, industry, media, culture and more,” according to magazine judges.
Bangkok-based photographer Tada Jengsapkul, 28, was picked for the Arts list for his snaps that “usually include nudity, absurd scenarios and a distinct sense of humor touching on various social issues.” The Korat native has exhibited his photographs internationally in New York, Australia, China and south east Asia.

Amarit Charoenphan, 29, Korawad Chearavanont, 21, and Lusarun Silpsrikul, 26, made the Enterprise Technology list for their skills in dabbling in data.
Amarit is the co-CEO and co-founder of Thailand’s first co-working space, Hubba, which has since grown to seven locations including its Ekkamai hub in Bangkok.

Korawad, the grandson of the founder of Thai conglomerate Charoen Pokphand, developed Eko, a workplace communications tool that combines email and mobile messaging. The company has since become a US$1.2 million business and is planning to open a Beijing office.

Lusarun created social commerce platfrom Page365, which allows small regional merchants to sell online across Facebook, Instagram and LINE. The company now has 12 million buyers and 60,000 stores in Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Lastly in the manufacturing and energy category, Nikki Lohitnavy, 28, was the sole Thai female entrepreneur in the list. She is the director of GranMonte Vineyard and Winery in Khao Yai and has overseen winemaking there for the last 10 years. She has been a judge on the panel for the Wine and Spirits Asia competition, and also serves as Viticulture and Winemaking Coodinator of the Asian Wine Producer Association.
