Held on Dec. 14 and 15 at the San Samran Bridge on Sukhumvit 77, the fest promises to impress you with a cozy Christmas market experience, capturing Sansiri’s theme of “Bridging the Good Life.” Shuttle bus services are available from On Nut BTS Station.
Upon arrival, you first will see a gigantic Grand Christmas tree imported all the way from Europe to boost the festive vibe. And just a few steps through the entrance, you will be surrounded by a setting of beautiful lights, with bunches of mistletoe hanging above.
The Fest features five zones with five different styles. So the main question here is what style you are?
Up-to-the-minute types can go straight up to the Trend Seeker zone, where selections of the trendiest styles, from clothing to room décor, await. As a hipster like you must have known, the end of the year means some makeover-time.
Are you a member of the vintage regime? The Vintage Hunter area is designed for you with all the lovely stuff from the old days. We understand going through piles of second-hand clothing, classic vinyl and instruments and pre-millenniums furniture is your ultimate joy, so this zone is where you belong.
When exhausted, you can drop by at the Food Indulger zone, where you discover many Christmas dishes such as traditional eggnogs, lovely candy canes, home-made ginger bread, pecan pie specials, delicious roast turkey and more.
Next, we invite you to take a break and notice the world spinning beneath your feet in the Slow Living zone. This locale will encourage you to rethink what the earth has given us, and how you can appreciate and sustain it. Interesting new means of production for decorative furniture and products through eco-friendly material and process will be showcased.
The Fest is also a perfect celebration for families owing to the Family Backyard zone. The Backyard is surely filled with family-friendly playgrounds, a little pond, games and happy music in a homey environment. Here is the place for you to spend quality time with your loved ones learning new things through workshops and enjoying interactive activities for closer relationships.
Running from 3 till 9pm, the Fest will keep you busy with more than 60 shops selling unique clothes, decorative accessories for home and handmade items from famous local brands and celebrities. Also complementing a winter breeze is a mini concert by noted chillout artist Singto Numchoke.
