It’s not a salon, it’s a ‘Speedy Share’ chat with artist

As nobody actually likes talking to artists, Speedy Grandma has come to their aid by hooking one up. It’s as simple as that.

Kullapark Chinthanakarn, creator of the gallery’s current “Toy Story” exhibition, will be put in the middle of a salon-type discussion where people can talk, criticize, debate and piss him off in all aspects of art and artiness for everybody’s collective happiness. But without the salon pretension.

Toy Story, inspired by the many houses the artist has called home, is a collection of objects from them. While Kullapark doesn’t feel deeply connected to “home,” he’s attacted to little objects that have moved with him.

The discussion will at least primarily be in Thai and is promised to be “super casual.”
