‘Hope’ strikes its colors at abstract painting exhibition next Wednesday

Following exhibitions in New York and throughout Asia, figurative painter Henri Lamy will show iconic and spiritual disguise of Thailand through his solo exhibition Hope.

Influenced by Jackson Pollock’s drip painting technique, Lamy says he loves splashing colors from the pallet knife straight onto canvas.

Opening June 25, portions of his exhibition will run in two spaces: At Modern Gallery through August 30 and at Sofitel So Bangkok until July 31.

The opening reception starts at 6pm on June 25 at Modern Gallery.
