Hit-and-run supercar driver who crashed into moto-taxi turns himself in (VIDEO)

The driver of a Nissan GT-R, who was speeding when he crashed into a moto-taxi driver with a passenger and then drove off, turned himself in to Wang Thonglang police Saturday.

The mad driver was identified as Sutthisak Sutthites, owner of sports car dealer SS Auto Import. He handed himself in to police almost a week after ramming his THB5 million-car into a moto-taxi in Ladprao Soi 80 early morning of Sept. 6, causing the driver and a female passenger to hit the road.

The viral footage of the incident showed Sutthisak move to the right lane of the road after the crash and drive away.

The moto-taxi driver, Boonliang Yodsa-nga, broke two ribs.

The 32-year-old businessman confessed to police that he ran over the moto-taxi and then instructed his employee to hide the car at the Bliss condo on Ramintra and conceal it with a car cover.

Sutthisak was charged with reckless driving, not stopping to help after a crash, not reporting himself to authorities, having an expired driver’s license, having false license plates, and not displaying his vehicle tax badge, Daily News and Manager reported.
