As part of its plans for expansion within the Southeast Asia region, hospitality company Hilton is planning to open two more hotels within Bangkok.
Already, Hilton manages eight properties within Bangkok under several sub-brands – Conrad, Hilton and DoubleTree. In Q1 2013, Hilton’s Thai hotels enjoyed their best occupancy rates in four years.
The Nation reports that Hilton plans to add 170 properties to its Southeast Asia portfolio by 2015 in locations such as Yangon, Manila and Hanoi.
