The Thai adaptation of American series Gossip Girl launched its pilot last night for the fans who mostly watched it out of curiosity.
Produced by Kantana Motion Pictures, they pretty much cloned the original version scene-by-scene with actors reciting poorly translated dialog.
Yes, it’s exactly what you would expect, but we gotta give it to Carrissa Springett who did quite a good job delivering the spirit and facial expressions of Blair Waldorf while Sabina Meisinger, who plays her best friend Serena, might as well quit acting.
The costumes are great, but not enough to be a wow factor or keep viewers interested in tuning in every Thursday, but judge for yourself!
