What better way to celebrate Coronation Day than riding free tomorrow on Bangkok’s major expressways.

Commuters won’t have to pay tolls to ride the Chalong Rat, Sirat, or Udon Ratthaya expressways on Thursday, the Transport Ministry announced today, in celebration of the public holiday marking King Rama X’s coronation in May 2019.

In January, the government announced that Friday would be a bridge holiday to help stimulate tourism with a long weekend.
