Get a Taste of the Good Life at Sansiri’s Winter Market Fest #2

Presented by

SPONSORED – Sansiri, Thailand’s leading property developer, has announced the company will hold its widely popular Winter Market Fest again this 13-14 December, 4PM-10PM, at T77 on Sukhumvit 77 Road.

The highly jubilant Winter Market Fest is one of Sansiri’s biggest and most exciting events to date. With an almost carnival-like atmosphere, the two-day-long weekend celebration is the perfect opportunity for folks to shop, eat, drink and just have an all-round good time.

Guests may choose to make their own way down to T77, Sansiri’s thriving new private residential area on Sukhumvit 77, or take Sansiri’s shuttle bus, which will provide a pick-up and drop-off service at On Nut BTS Station throughout the day. T77 also has plenty of bicycle parking for those on two wheels. On arriving at the Winter Market Fest, guests will encounter a long path lined with over 150 stores selling both brand-name and handcrafted lifestyle and novelty items. Food will also be plentiful, with restaurants and food trucks offering all varieties of cuisine – from nutritious meals to tasty handheld treats. The festival is divided into uniquely themed zones, with numerous shows and activities to take place simultaneously throughout the venue.

Winter Market Fest’s undeniably jovial atmosphere promises the ideal backdrop for a day of family fun, with music and live events – including cooking shows by well-known local chefs, handmade craft workshops and  a mini concert by Burin ‘Groove Riders’– scheduled to go well into the night. Of course, there will also be an assortment of tasty beverages to complement the festivities. Guests are able to take part in various workshops held throughout the day, and kids will have a blast playing games and meeting all sorts of colourful characters along the way. Furthermore, expect special prizes from the Santa Truck, including both round-trip flights to Japan and domestic air tickets.

The 2013 Winter Market Fest was a huge success, drawing a diverse international crowd from all walks of life. Sansiri promises this year’s event will not disappoint, intending to make it even bigger and more impressive than the last. With Christmas and New Year just around the corner, the festival serves as a great occasion for friends and families to get together, as well as a good opportunity to do any last-minute Christmas shopping.

Conveniently located on Sukhumvit 77, close to both the expressway and On Nut BTS Station, Sansiri’s private residential area T77 is somewhat of a rarity for Bangkok. Comprising six elegant residences – namely, hasu HAUS, The BASE Park East, The BASE Park West, The BASE Sukhumvit 77, Blocs 77 and Garden Square – all nicely tied together by the serene San Samran Bridge and Sansiri’s upcoming Habito community retail mall, T77 is a characterful, self-contained neighbourhood, with its own distinctive retail, dining and nightlife experiences.

Habito

Combining the English word ‘habitat’, a natural environment where life is found, and ‘bito’, the Japanese word for ‘people’, Habito sets a new benchmark in community development, serving as a social, retail and recreation hub that both T77 residents and those from further afield can enjoy from morning until night. Facilities include a kids’ playground, bicycle racks, a multipurpose lawn, and numerous leisure and co-working spaces.

Embodying the concept of Urban Slow Living, hasu HAUS – one of Sansiri’s most highly anticipated upcoming projects – is a resort-style condominium embedded within a natural green environment. With full-frame windows that look out to the local canal, and a huge central courtyard surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the property provides excellent privacy while seamlessly connecting residents to the outside world. hasu HAUS boasts a full range of facilities, including a community recreation room and an expansive swimming pool.

For the majestic skyscraper that is The BASE Park East, Sansiri has opted for a more vertical approach to nature, with breezy rooftop gardens that enjoy the shade of mature trees and an elevated outdoor swimming pool.

The lower altitude four-storey townhouse project Garden Square, on the other hand, sets classic architecture to a uniquely designed landscape and fosters an idyllic communal atmosphere with a private central park. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, a maid’s room with a separate bathroom, and parking for two cars, residents are afforded plenty of space to accommodate whatever lifestyle needs they may have.

If you’re looking for a guaranteed good time or are in the market for new property in a prime location, head down to T77 this 13-14 December and join Sansiri’s Winter Market Fest #2.
