The BTS Skytrain announced this morning it will offer two free trips for Rabbit card owners who were affected by the train line delays on Wednesday.
Passengers who are eligible for the free trips must own a Rabbit card or the 30-day Smartpass card. They must have trips remaining on their cards from the day of the train havoc (Wednesday, Feb. 24).
Passengers can contact BTS ticket booths to have their free trips added between March 1 – April 30. For more information, call the hotline 02-617-6000.
On Wednesday, hundreds of Bangkokians were stranded at Skytrain stations across the city due to a fault on the track switching system between Siam and Chitlom stations.
