‘FOREVER’ MP Candidate puts up narcissistic campaign message

With confidence like this, why would he even bother campaigning?

Surin MP candidate Prasit Chaisrisa’s campaign posters might sound a bit cuckoo, and his rather bold words have gained massive attention on the old interwebs.

Thai netizens have been sharing a photo of his campaign poster for its humor value: “This village will elect me forever,” it reads.

Although Prasit is a politician of Pheu Thai Party and also known as a leader of the red shirts, this was one political joke that hasn’t launched flame wars between online commentators, as most were busy typing LOL or mashing the “5” key.

Whether netizens are laughing in sarcasm or amusement, we’re going to wait to if the posters’ promise proves true or goes down in vain.
