Along with the Bangkok Comic Con comes Anime Festival Asia at Bitec Bangna from Thursday through May 3.
Eager otakus hoping to embrace their inner geekiness by indulging in Japanese pop culture need not worry, the Anime Festival Asia is a renowned festival in the region for serving their specific subculture plenty of animes to watch.
The exhibition will host panel discussions, vendors and more.
Really expensive tickets are also available for Anisong, an anime-themed concert to be held Friday and Saturday.
With the joint event of the comic con and anime festival, festival director Shawn Chin said they hope to deliver a “next level” pop culture experience.
