For two weeks now, people have been entering what they thought was just another Bangkok cat cafe to nibble cake and make goo-goo eyes at adorb fluffballs. Little did they know (okay, some probably did), these kitties were ready to pack their little bags and go home with them. Even more shocking – some already have.

The noble feline souls at Paws Bangkok want folks to know that they don’t have to trek out to their shophouse cattery anymore to peruse their fine, fine collection kittehs for adoption. Why be the kind of jerk who goes to a breeder when you can get 10 times the personality, vitality and love from these guys?

Enslave yourself every 11am to 5pm every Sunday at Bangkok’s Best Adoptable Cat Cafe at Union Space on Ekkamai.

“It’s a nice place to come meet the new member of your family or just hang out with the cats,” said Paws volunteer Kirsty Smith, noting that Paws’ longtime location is “busting at the seams with cats.”

It’s Paws, so you know these are healthy, socially well-adjusted kitties. Insofar as any cat-lover knows that is possible.

Paws says it costs about THB3,000 to prep the typical kitten for adoption, so they’re asking for a minimum “donation” of THB1,000 in cash or bank transfer. Adopting families are welcome to give more to help those unadopted meet their forever friends.

All kittens are all fully dewormed, given flea treatment, desexed, tested for leukemia and have vaccines in progress or fully completed based on age.
