Whatever surprises this fourth week of July may hold, “warm and wet” are not among them.
Eighty percent of Bangkok will experience rainfall through Saturday, the meteorologists say, with highs creeping up after today’s mild Monday into the mid-30s.
Monsoon rains are dropping the wet in the north and northeast with another building strength in the Andaman Sea.
While it will take more than a few days of rain to replenish water tables and reservoirs, officials are hopeful enough of the stuff is on the way to provide relief from the drought.
