A woman seriously injured yesterday remains in critical condition and in need of donors for her rare blood type.
After being admitted to Samitivej Hospital, Lara Rose reportedly exhausted the entire supply of B- and O- donor blood available.
These rare blood types are apparently even less common than usual among Thais. More blood is urgently needed today, according to her surgeon, and Rose needs an amount equal to at least 10 donors.
Donations can be made between 8am and 7pm at the Thai Red Cross Blood Donation Center located near BTS Sala Daeng at the western edge of Chulalongkorn Hospital.
