Over 800 fitness industry insiders and enthusiasts will gather between October 11 and 13 at BITEC for the fifth annual Asia Fitness Convention, a three-day event that brings together fitness professionals from across the region, as well as international experts.
More than 50 professionals are expected to hold as many as 120 workshops, training sessions and seminars at the event. Jim Stoppani PHD, the senior science editor for Muscle & Fitness and Flex magazines, Peter Twist from Twist Conditioning and Kukuwa Nuamah, an internationally acclaimed African dance performer, will be among those presenting.

The event’s most anticipated seminars include those on the subjects of running training, conditioning for endurance athletes, nutrition and supplements, life coaching, women and exercise and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
