A dog was rescued yesterday in Phitsanulok after it was found with severe cuts all over his body.
The dog, between 2- and 3-years-old, was taken to Baan Rak Sat pet clinic in Mueang Phitsanulok District by rescue volunteers after a local found it moaning in pain with over 20 cuts, obviously caused by a sharp object.
Chanram Kwankong, the woman who found the dog in front of her house, said she tried to feed it, but the poor dog couldn’t lift himself to eat.
The veterinarian said the dog must have been stabbed a few days earlier as the wounds started to dry. The dog is now in the care of Baan Rak Sat Clinic, Khaosod reported.
