Those coupons for digital TV set top boxes will finally expire Friday.
Millions of the things were sent out beginning in October and although most in Bangkok likely ended up as shelf or drawer pollution, telecom regulators today urged residents to put them to use before they expire July 31.
The THB690 coupons, which were distributed to households in 42 provinces, can be used to buy set-top boxes which enable consumers to receive digital transmissions on older televisions.
Anyone still waiting to receive their coupon can inquire at the nearest post office or call 1200 for more information, state media reported.
