A big victory for social media today against a little abuse of power.
Senior police said they will investigate a police car show in pictures parked in a handicapped spot at a Big C supermarket.
After the photo was uploaded to Twitpic and met with great consternation, police Gen. Wutthi Liptapanlopof the the Royal Thai Police Office ordered an investigation to punish the driver of the official car and his commanding officer, Voice TV reported.
In the picture, the car is identified as belonging to Bang Na Police Department.
