A man shot the owner of a medical equipment company in Bang Khae and two other people after they refused to give him a refund yesterday.
Prasit Tormenaee, the customer, was arrested on the scene after he shot the owner of Circle Life Company, Worapong Opaschareon, to death with a 9mm handgun.
Worapong’s wife Thitiya and Manager Nakhon Kreusunthornwanich were also shot. They were sent to Kasemrad Hospital.
Witnesses said Prasit came to the company yesterday asking for a refund for medical equipment he’d purchased because he was not satisfied with the products.
They rejected his request, after which Prasit returned to his car, which he then used to ram Worapong’s car parked in front of the building.
The company invited him back in to discuss the matter when an argument broke out and Prasit pulled the gun.
Patrol police were able to arrest Prasit on the scene before he could escape. He has been charged with murder, attempted murder and illegal possession of a firearm, Thairath reported.
