Contaminated dairy products successfully recalled

The majority of tainted Fonterra dairy products have been successfully recalled from Thai retailers and consumer households. The New Zealand-based milk supplier worked closely with Thai government after reporting products contaminated with potentially lethal botulism.

Government has confirmed there are no incidents of botulism in Thailand, reports The Nation.

Dumex, the Thai subsidiary, has boosted customer service reps at their call center. They encourage customers to contact their service line directly with concerns, 02-740-3400 or 02-740-3333.
