Coca-Cola said its sales in Thailand grew 24 percent in the second quarter of 2013.
Despite the company’s past problems developing a foothold in the Thai market, Coca-Cola continues to rise in popularity.
Today the company’s controls 20 percent of Thailand’s non-alcohol beverage market share and it said it hopes to boost sales 10-15 percent by the end of the year.
Recently the company also picked Thailand to be the first country to launch “Habu” its herbal beverage line which combines four herbal ingredients: rosella, liquorice, luo han guo, and cogon grass.
