Chalerm Yoobamrung, head of the Center for the Administration of Peace and order, said today that he would employ border police paratroopers to arrest all 51 leaders of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) including Suthep Thaugsuban.
Chalerm said that he’s applied for warrants for all 51 people on charges of insurrection.
If the courts comply with the warrants, he’ll ask the Hua Hin-based border police to join the Bangkok Metropolitan Police’s anti-terrorism unit in making the arrests, Thai PBS reported.
