Central World barista killed in grisly motorcycle accident

A woman was killed in a freak auto accident yesterday when she fell off the back of a motorcycle and got stuck in a bus wheel.

The Lumpini Police Department said Udomporn Sriwisorn, 24, a Central World Starbucks employee, was found dead with a half of her face missing, a broken skull her and brains scattered on the pavement.

The bus driver Samran Somsila, 47, said he was driving in the right lane when a motorcycle carrying Udomporn on the back passed him on the left side at close range.  The bike’s handle bar then caught between bus’ doors causing the bike to flip.

Udomporn reportedly flew off the seat and got stuck in one of the buses back wheels. The bus driver said he could not stop the bus in time and crushed her body.  The motorcycle rider Wonsator Kittidechkultorn, age 29, was slightly injured.

The police officers said they would question the two drivers and that the bus driver will be prosecuted, the Daily News reported.
