Catch classic crooner Tom Jones live in Bangkok on April 5th

They don’t make music like they used to. Oh wait, yes they do – when legendary crooner Tom Jones makes the music.

Bangkok will be treated to all of Tom Jones’ classic hits when the “Sex Bomb” singer performs at Bangkok Convention Centre, Centara Grand at CentralWorld on Tuesday, April 5, 2016.

Tom won over the world’s hearts with his unforgettable tunes ‘It’s Not Unusual’, ‘Kiss’, ‘Delilah’, ‘What’s New Pussycat’ and ‘I’ll Never Fall In Love Again’. He’s the undisputed king of romance and his powerful, unique voice remains unmatched throughout the years.

The Welsh singer was influenced early on by American soul music, blues and R&B. He idolized singers like Little Richard and Elvis Presley, who soon became his peers in the music world. Now at age 75, he’s sold over 100 million records and can boast a career spanning 50 years. But getting older definitely doesn’t mean slowing down. Tom is receiving the best reviews of his career for his three most recent albums: Long Lost Suitcase, Spirit In The Room and Praise & Blame.

The singer known as ‘The Voice’ (not to be confused with that show about the chairs) is coming back to treat his fans to all his classics, like ‘Green, Green Grass of Home’, ‘If I Only Knew’, ‘Mama Told Me’, ‘Burning Down The House’, ‘Sex Bomb’ and many more.

Queen Elizabeth II is a fan. She bestowed knighthood on Tom Jones in 2006. He’s also received BRIT Awards for Best Male and Outstanding Contribution to Music, a Silver Clef Award for Lifetime Achievement, the Hitmaker Award from the [US] Songwriters Hall of Fame, GQ Man of the Year, and the prestigious [UK] Music Industry Trust Award.

Tom’s concerts in Bangkok have always been a hit with Thai fans both young and old. Now, Thailand will get the chance to enjoy his legendary performance live once again on Tuesday,  April 5, 2016 at Bangkok Convention Centre, Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
