Time after time people have spotted this tuxedo cat riding on the back of her master’s motorcyle and snapped photos of her to share online, yet no one seemed to know who the mysterious kitty is.
Until now.
Luckily, new information about the furry internet star has emerged, months after we were first entertained by her pictures.
Last week Thairath came across the cat’s owner, Wisit Noothapon, 52, while he was doing his daily commute with the cat on a motorcycle in Nakhon Sri Thammarat province.
Wisit, who works as a school janitor, said he was cleaning Saleemeechai School two years school when he spotted a female kitten who had nowhere to go. Feeling sorry for the animal, Wisit adopted the tuxedo cat and called her “Chao Talok,” which translates as “Funny Girl” in English.
Awwwww.
Wisit said he has to ride 70 kilometers to work everyday and brings Chao Talok with him because he has no one to look after her during the day.
Fearing the kitty might wander off if left alone, he trained the cat to sit on the back of his motorcycle. With the help of some ropes, off they go on the bike each day.
While there may be some people who call his act animal cruelty, Wisit insists that he did this out of necessity. So don’t worry, Chao Talok is definitely in good hands.
