Chiang Mai’s waterways are being plagued a serial public defecator with a willful disregard for sanitation or propriety.
Locals snapped a few shots of what appears to be someone doing No. 2 in the city’s historic canal yesterday.
The person’s gender and nationality are unidentified, but judging from the physique and pony tail, it does look the same person who was photographed dumping into the same canal in March.
Yesterday he was spotted in front of Sompetch Market turning the crowded, public venue into a private, natural toilet.
