A British man who lost his head and everything else when the spirit of Songkran took hold on Khaosan Road was detained and fined Monday.
The 25-year-old exhibitionist, whose identity was withheld, was fined THB100 for obscenity before being released back to continue partying in the backpacker hot spot, while his wiggling wang will live forever on Twitter and YouTube, according to Daily News.
