Brit dies in suspicious Pattaya balcony fall, 4 ladyboys arrested

Police have arrested four ladyboys after a British man in his 20s died after falling from the balcony of a Pattaya guesthouse.

The unidentified man, reported to be a 28-year-old from Leeds, fell from the fourth floor balcony of the Dolphin House Apartments at 7.30pm last night, according to Pattaya One.

He was pronounced dead at hospital, Khaosod English reported.

“There are witnesses who said he fell down on his own, but we are not convinced,” Col. Anukul Preedayuth of the Pattaya City Police Station said, according to Khaosod.

“We are looking for more witnesses and evidence. The matter is under investigation.”

Cops arrested four transgender women at the scene. One, Patchara Chaihongsa, 33, told police the victim had paid for sexual services from two of the group, Bangkok Post reported.

She claimed that he stormed off after an argument about payment and that the four women were unable to stop him jumping off the balcony, police said.

They four will be prosecuted on drugs charges after testing postive for illicit substances. Cops will investigate their connection to the man’s death.

The death of the Brit comes just a few days after a 69-year-old British man was allegedly attacked by two transgender women in Pattaya after he rejected their offer of sex.

Cops are hunting the attackers of Leslie Murphy, who claims he was hit in the face by a motorcycle helmet on Saturday night by one of the women he’d turned down, Bangkok Post reported.
