Body found in Sutthisan sewer

A man’s body was found in a sewer near the Sutthisan intersection this morning and police say he looked about two-weeks dead.

Rescue volunteers retrieved the body from the sewer of a man estimated to be about 175-centimeters tall. His skull was cracked open, leading to suspicions of foul play

A security guard, whose name wasn’t disclosed, said he opened the sewer to get some water for some plants and was shocked to discover the dead man.

Sutthisan police assume the body floated to that location through the sewer line. The body was sent to Institute of Forensic Medicine to determine the cause of death, MCOT reported.
