It seems that the Parliament House of Thailand is determined to provide living conditions propitious to large reptiles. Less than three weeks after a monitor lizard escaped into the structure’s air vents, a boa constrictor was found curled up around a betel nut tree inside the Parliament compound.
Thairath reported that officials from the BMA were summoned to capture the two-meter-long snake behind the Phra Siam Tewatirat shrine. After the animal was seized, it was released to the wild.
