Beauty of Angkor captured by hands of 78 Silpakorn artists

Thai artists channeling the Khmer masterworks will be featured in an exhibition at Krung Thai Art Gallery next month.

Inspired by the beauty of more than a millenium of Khmer artistic tradition, 220 prints created by diverse techniques and styles by art students and well-known artists such as Santi Leksukhum, Preecha Thaothong, Pishnu Supanimit and Kanya Charoensupkul.

“Print in Angkor Wat 2014” will feature the work of 78 faculty members and students to celebrate the 48th anniversary of Silpakorn’s Graphic Arts Department.
