The chefs for Season 2 of Netflix’s original series “Chef’s Table” have been announced and Bangkokians will be thrilled to see Gaggan Anand, owner and executive chef of Gaggan, among the chefs featured in the documentary series.

The show focuses on “the most exciting restaurants in the world” and “the most ambitious chefs from the farthest reaches of the globe.” Gaggan certainly fits that description. His restaurant, on Soi Langsuan, has been named the best restaurant in Asia and regularly makes lists of the top 10 global dining destinations.

He will star alongside chefs from around the world this season, including: Brazilian Alex Atal, Slovenian Ana Ros, Americans Dominique Crenn and Grant Achatz and Mexican Enrique Olvera.

According to Netflix, “The series provides a rare, inside look at the lives and careers of some of the world’s best chefs on their quests for sensory perfection.” According to us, it’s food porn that we can’t get enough of and that has us constantly adding to our “to eat” bucket list.

The season 2 of Chef’s Table will premiere on Netflix today.
