A prestigious Bangkok school is jumping on the blockchain bandwagon by adding curriculum on cryptocurrency, decentralized finance, non-fungible tokens, and more.

The all-boys Assumption College announced this past weekend that it had joined hands with Thai crypto exchange Bitkub – which recently unicorned on a deal with Siam Commercial Bank – to teach students blockchain technology in the second semester beginning next month.

Some of the modules are Blockchain & Cryptocurrency 101, Decentralized Finance, What is NFTs and Why is it Common? And GameFi & How to Make Profits.

Enrollment is reserved for the school’s high school students, who will earn a certificate of completion.
