Bangkok’s Ratchathewi district was flooded yesterday by a water pipe leak that conveniently happened in the middle of a tropical storm. Instantly, gallons and gallons of water spurted from the broken main and turned the already wet streets into a swimming pool. While commuters had an absolutely miserable morning, those that were not stuck in their cars were free to admire the beauty of the water spout from the comfort of their own homes. And create memes about it.
