This two-week-old baby elephant was overcome by jealousy when her caretaker Allie was talking to another human and ignoring her, so she pretends she can’t stand anymore and falls on Allie’s lap.
The video, which has been viewed over 200,000 times since last week, was taken at the Chai Lai Orchid elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai. The camp is currently trying raise money to keep a family of elephants away from the tourism industry where they are used to carry tourists on their backs.
