Bangkok was rocked yesterday by the explosion of yet another Apple product, this one following two iPhone-related electrocutions that occurred recently in China.
However, unlike China’s cases, which were allegedly caused by fake chargers, the Thai iPhone user insisted that she used an authorized charger that came with the product’s package.
Twitter user @LookmooNamsaii tweeted a photo of her charred iPhone 4S charger, saying that the blast occurred while the phone was plugged into the wall.

Many speculated that the explosion might have been caused by a loose connection between the cord and the charger.
