Last night, a freelance artist and his mother were found dead at their home in Pridi Banomyong Soi 26, Wattana district.
Kittipong Panchainawakul, 59, and his mother Aumporn Panchainawakul, 90, were discovered dead in the hallway.
The police are still investigating their cause of death as both corpses did not have any wounds, and their house did not look like it had been burgled.
According to a friend of Kittipong, who discovered the deceased, the artist was single and took care of his mother who was paralyzed.
In the past two days, Kittipong had lost touch with his friends, so the friend visited his home and found the family dead.
The authorities suspect Kittipong died from a disease two days before his mother. As nobody was there to take care of Aumporn, she also died.
Their bodies will be submitted for an autopsy at Chulalongkorn Hospital to find the cause of death, Sanook reported.
