90-year-old Southern granny shows off boss yoga skills (PHOTOS)

This 90-year-old granny has put her quiet Satun province in the news for her awesome yoga skills as she performed splits and flips with ease for reporters.

Grandma Sanee Juiban, who has received a certificate from her district for being a “healthy senior,” said she learned the yoga moves from her parents. Although she doesn’t know what they’re called, Grandma Sanee does yoga every day before she starts her morning prayers, Song Tai Satun News reported.

Asked how the grandma takes care of her health, she said her main diet staples are vegetables and seafood because her home is next to the ocean. Good stuff.

She doesn’t eat any chicken or beef, and she always cooks her own food.

When Sanee has free time, the grandma rides 20 kilometers on a bicycle to visit her family members in another village. Her family worries that she might get injured, but Sanee doesn’t listen because she’s happy when she’s riding.

Sanee has 11 children and two younger sisters, whom she makes fun off for being “old women with hunchbacks.”

Her family says Sanee is a happy person and she is rarely mad at anyone.

Looks like Sanee should get in touch with Grandma Buasorn in Ubon Ratchathani, the 81-year-old yoga instructor who made the headlines last year.
