A video of a motorcyclist who appears to be asleep as he weaves dangerously across the road has been shared widely online recently.
The video, reportedly filmed in Hat Yai and originally uploaded in March, shows the unnamed man with his head slumped to the side as he drives towards oncoming traffic.
The motorist in the car behind the motorbike, who filmed the incident, beeps his horn to try and get the motorcyclist’s attention — but to no avail.
Miraculously the man manages to avoid hitting any of the oncoming vehicles. He does, however, come to a sudden stop when he hits a 60-year-old pedestrian.
Luckily no one was injured.
The man’s father told Bugaboo TV that his son has epilepsy and was having a seizure when the incident was filmed.
