An online celeb decided earlier this month that she was bored of her normal eyebrows and it was time for her to undergo a painful 6D eyebrow embroidery.
Mildmint said she was fine with the pain of the embroidery, but she started crying when she saw the end result.
The internet idol said the treatment left her looking like famous Japanese cartoon character Crayon Shin-chan.
She recently shared a lesson on how to sculpt eyebrows with her online friends, warning them to be careful about services online.
Mildmint also shared a photo of her thick eyebrows after the embroidery.
“It’s a very expensive lesson. This teaches me not to trust online reviews ever again. The artist said thick brows are in-trend and will make me look younger. Seriously?!,” wrote Mildmint.
Like a number of other women, Mildmint paid THB3,500 for the procedure which uses a semi-permanent pigment.
And now with the advances in eyebrow embroidery technology, it is easier for women to believe the hype and end up with bushy eyebrows..
Thankfully, Mildmint’s eyebrows have now returned to normal.
