Best known for R&B hits So Sick, Because of You and Don’t Love Me, American singer-songwriter Ne-Yo is coming to perform for fans in May.

Shaffer Chimere Smith, best known as Ne-Yo, has added Bangkok as the latest destination for his upcoming tour.

“What’s up Thailand! I’ll be seeing y’all May 20th! Get ready!” Ne-Yo wrote on his social media.

The concert will take place May 20 at Bangkok Arena, an indoor sports arena located in Bangkok’s Nong Chok district. The venue is very far from downtown and requires a car or taxi to reach.

Ticket details will be announced at a later date.

The concert is organized by entertainment company Color Star, which kicks off this year big with the Ne-Yo show. Color Star’s CEO Farhan Qadir says that this year the company  plans to “step up its efforts” to welcome more popular artists in the future.

A legendary R&B singer-songwriter, Ne-Yo, 43, is globally renowned for his dulcet, heartfelt love ballads.
