Goodbye pandemic? Thailand’s need to cram body-to-body in an EDM lather won’t have much longer to wait now that a UK festival is on its way to the kingdom.

Enter Creamfields. The unfortunately named event, one of the United Kingdom’s leading dance festivals, is heading to Thailand, based on the emergence of social pages (Facebook / Instagram).

Last night they teased “coming soon” along with GPS coordinates pegged to the center of Pattaya city. Another major event there would cement the coastal enclave as a destination for large music fests, as Wonderfruit is expected to return in December.

This year marks Creamfields’ 25th anniversary. The electronic dance festival was founded by British club promoter Cream with the first event held in 1998 in Winchester. It later relocated to Liverpool and is currently held on Daresbury estate in Cheshire.

The festival has expanded from a single day to a four-day event. Among the biggest headliners have been Calvin Harris, Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, and Fatboy Slim.
