Tono to break silence after Tangmo’s suicide attempt

The Grammy singer and former fiance of Pattaratida “Tangmo” Patcharaveerapong, whose break-up precipitated her overdose on sleeping pills, will break his silence later this afternoon at a press conference at the GMM Grammy building.

Pattaratida “Tangmo” Patcharaveerapong captivated the tabloids Monday when she was rushed to the Kasemrad Prachachuen Hospital for reportedly overdosing sleeping pills with a friend in tow to document the entire breakdown on Instagram.

That episode pinned the grief on Tono, her former fiance, who on Saturday had bragged on stage at Impact Arena about being a happily single dude again.

While Tangmo said at a news conference this morning that she really attempted suicide by taking 10 sleeping pills and cutting her wrist because “she was hurt,” Tono has been silent.

The only statement he’s made was to unfollow everyone on his Instagram. Tangmo has since set her Instagram to private.

Two years after the couple held an engagement ceremony in 2013, Tangmo admitted this morning they were on-and-off until finally separating two months ago.

Tangmo is also a really, really vocal Christian, and said this morning she has realized committing suicide a big sin and thanked God for helping her pull through.
