Madame Rouge’s Halloween party featured everything from gimps to a shower of (fake) blood and stripping nuns. To celebrate/abuse Valentine’s Day, they are putting on an anti-romance rager.
Held at a bar in Thonglor, Heartbreak Land will feature separate zones such as the “The Dungeon” for willing victims/sadists to engage in a little punishment — doms and subs welcome. There’s also a cathartic rage room for the bereft, and it’s just what it sounds like: Sign a waiver, pick some old electronics, choose a weapon, and smash, smash, smash.
But it’s not all violence. The event will feature spiritual readings, an area for depressing music and crying, and Madame Rouge herself will be offering (likely drunken) advice.
If you know the brand, you’ll know you can expect some tasteful skin; both male and female performers will strip down in holiday-apt style, and the whole night ends with a Magic Mike-style male stripper show. We don’t have all the details, but a gimp has been confirmed.
The party gets going at 7pm on Feb. 14 at The Rat Bar, located in the Seen Space community mall in the Thonglor area. Tickets are THB500 online and THB600 at the door. Dressing inappropriately is encouraged.
