Spanish graffiti meets urban Bangkok at Chinatown exhibition

Madrid-based graffiti artists Sabek and J.M. Yes will bring their Spanish style to the urban landscape of Bangkok at a new exhibition this week.

“ANTITHESIS” will contrast the European influence and techniques of the artists with the local environment of Chinatown and Bangkok.

Sabek’s art uses large-scale murals to depict nature and animals in relation to the urban environment, while J.M. Yes focuses on geometric figures, playing on lines, colorful shapes and tangents.

Check out the exhibition this Friday at Cho Why.
